A business game that trains project teams to use project management skills and processes through practice and more practice
PRINCEOPOLY is a board game with products, risks, issues, and of course ... a dice. Under time pressure participants are challenged to build the city of PRINCEOPOLIS, using their project management skills as effectively as they can.
The Action
In the densely populated Netherlands a new city is to be built in Flevoland. The project team’s task is to build this city. There are several roles: the project minister, the mayor of PRINCEOPOLIS, and project managers for industry, infrastructure, environment and security and supplies.
